How long should you stay in Wadi Rum ?
We often get this question: What type of program do we recommend to visit most of Wadi Rum? Well, we can’t be completely objective, can we? But if you allow me, I’d say staying 2 days is definitely a good option. Our desert is so vast that it’s hard to see it all in just one day.
Wadi Rum is divided into two main parts : the red desert and the white desert.
The red part is the most famous and also the most crowded. It’s a must-do nevertheless!
The white part is the one most people don’t have time to visit, which makes it the quiet one : the silent, less crowded area. You might see a jeep with a couple of tourists here and there, but many of our travelers spend the whole day without seeing anyone and feel truly alone for the first time in their lives. It’s a nice feeling when you know how busy everyday life can be.
Each jeep tour on the first day is similar, you will visit the red part with all the famous sites. Lawrence Spring, the red sand dune, Khazali canyon, the little arch, Lawrence house, mushroom rock, jabal burdah, abu khashaba canyon, um frouth rock bridge.
Programs we recommended doing in Wadi Rum :
We can propose many other programs and mixes for 2 days. From jeep tours only, to hiking, or both. For those who can’t stay that long, we also have shorter programs. We adapt ourselves to you.

We’ll give explanations along the way and leave you plenty of time to enjoy each spot.
The second day is where things change. Depending on what you want to do, we can tailor that day to the program you choose.
Please note: these programs are just examples to give you an idea of what we can organize. Any of them can be adjusted or even created from scratch.
For example: if you want to do 2 days combining Burdah and Umm Ad Dami, that’s totally possible. We can arrange half a day by jeep each day and plan it so you see as many things as possible.
